Reiki is an ancient form of hands-on-healing tracing its re-discovery back to Dr Usui in Japan, and from there back to Egypt and beyond.
The first of three degrees, the First Degree covers the techniques to enable you to perform a hands on healing on yourself and others, as well as how to use ancient Tibetan symbols in healing sessions and your everyday life.
